Cash, Debit / Credit Card and Clearpay Payments:

All treatment bookings need to be secured with a deposit, if you are paying for your treatment via these methods then deposits are £30 non refundable.

If you need to change the date of your treatment as long as three working days are given then we are able to refund or simply move your appointment to another day. We will always try and be flexible changing dates as we understand that last minute situations do happen.

No refunds can be given to treatments once they have been carried out and refunds cannot be given on package deals once the first treatment has begun regardless if the remaining treatments have been put on hold.

Pay in 4:

If you would like to pay in 4, using Snap personalised payment plans then it is a £50 non refundable deposit. Pay in 4 is a very easy system to use and all queries are managed directly between you the customer and their head office. If you wish to cancel your treatment then your deposit is fully refundable by contacting the following number

Pay monthly over 12, 24 or 36 months:

This is another payment plan option that we can also offer, it is again managed via Snap finance. Deposits are £50 non-refundable and like pay in 4, and all communication is between the customer and Snap. If you wish to cancel your treatment then your deposit is fully refundable by contacting the following number

* Everyones skin is different and this will be reflected in the healing process and results. All changes will be managed at your top up appointment, which is your last appointment. 

Thereafter any further amendments can not be made as skin is ever changing due to how you look after it, its natural skin cycle and how porus it is. So please ensure any changes are addressed at your top up appointment.

* If you are unable to attend your pre-booked top up appointment then please be kind and give us at least 2 days’ notice. We normally only take top up payments of £30 on the day of your second appointment. However in the event that your date needs to be changed we will ask you to pre pay for your top up appointment in advance to ensure the room time is not wasted.
